'Tis The Season.....

Our cute / trouble maker....

Both were crying for my phone.....

Where's Easton?

No fear!

'Tis the season for getting sick! All 3 boys were on antibiotics this week. Easton had an ear infection. Spencer had an ear infection plus pink eye and Nolan has been suffering from a cold for about a month now. One really big positive that came from our clinic visit was I finally got our doctor to agree to putting Nolan on a reflux med. We switched him to soy formula and that helped and I think the reflux meds are also helping. He's not nearly spitting up as much as he used to! I hope that with us starting the season sick doesn't mean this is how it's going to be all winter!

I must admit now that we have kids I'm starting to get into Christmas decorations and traditions more and more. It's so much fun to see how excited they get to see all of the stuff go up. The boys helped us put up the Christmas tree. After allowing them to put up a few ornaments we realized Easton may still be too little to help. Only half our tree is decorated and only half the ornaments are up. Maybe in 5 years we can have a normal looking tree.

(Easton liked this branch!)

We also made Christmas ornaments and cookies this week.

Christmas cups and plates....

Since we were gone all weekend the Elf on the shelf, aka Smurf was busy at our house and brought Spencer his very own Christmas tree!

The boys and I were home together on Tuesday this week and the weather was pretty decent. We are trying to get out as much as we can because we know that it won't be long and the temps will be -10! We decided to walk down to the baseball feild for a game of the boys against mom

Nolan is in there somewhere keeping warm.

We got a popcorn package in the mail. It was full of yummy treats!

Have you ever wondered what a diaper looked like if it got to full? Well Easton's diaper exploded one night and this is not what you feel like dealing with the first thing in the morning.

Spencer and Gavin had swimming lessons this week. Spencer continues to like going to swimming and is doing great. He has no fear with water. In fact there were a few times at our hotel pool this weekend when Ryan had to jump in to save him because he got a little to brave! We have since taught him to call for help.

Nolan started physical therapy this week. She looked him over and thought overall he looked great. His ears are just slightly off but other then that he has no signs that his head is tilted. She showed me a few stretches and told us that he would eventually grow out of it the more mobile he becomes. She also mentioned that tummy time is key. So we've been working really hard on doing more tummy time and stretching his neck.

Cutest little raindeer at therapy!

We took off for Madison this weekend. It's the only weekend we are all free to get together for Christmas. We made it to Madison before the snow storm hit. Caden and Aunt Rachel joined us for swimming. Then we went over to Grandma's house for dinner and gifts. The boys loved all of their gifts and had a blast going back through them all today when we got home. We had breakfast this morning and swam some more before the long drive home. Overall the boys do great traveling and staying in a hotel. I feel like sleeping in a hotel room with kids is like waiting for a chain reaction bomb to go off..... Who's going to cry out first and wake the others. They all did great sleeping though (Easton cried for the longest 5 minutes before falling asleep) and slept until 7:00 am.

(Having a Subway lunch in our room)

Ryan noticed a bite mark on the foam of the porta crib and says "YUCK! I can't believe someone let their kid take a bite out of that!" Spencer then says "Easton did that!" I personally couldn't stop laughing!

Easton isn't our brave one when it comes to water but has no trouble pushing others in. Don't worry they asked to be pushed in!

Boys may not have all the cute dresses and pink outfits but there are some cute shoes out there!

Grandma Nancy and her boys. Easton (1) Spencer (3) Nolan (4 months) Caden (4) and Noah (1)

He may be our trouble maker but he sure is entertaining!

Aunt Roz and Aunt Renee. Spencer LOVED cuddeling with Aunt Renee.

Reading with Grandpa Ron

Breakfast at the hotel.

This is what you get when you put your seat back in the car!

Spencer was excited to see snow on our drive home. So of course he asked right away if they could go out and play. They have so much fun going down our hill.
