We had a great Valentine's Day. The older boys had little parties at school and they came home with more candy then they would for Halloween! Nolan and his friend Jake ended up wearing matching outfits. Even Ryan and I had a nice night. He arranged for a sitter to come and we went for a quick dinner.
The boys helped me make pre-made cookies for their teachers.
While Grandma rested from her surgery she put together the cutest valentines for the boys to give their friends.
They had heart shaped pancakes for dinner.

One perk to having boys is they go away for boys weekends! Last year Ryan took Spencer to a kid's event in Green Bay and this year Easton got to go. It was touch and go if they were actually going to make it because Spencer started running a temp of 103 on Friday and they both have been coughing a lot. Spencer put on his game face though and they headed out Friday afternoon. They had dinner at Curly's Pub in Lambeau and played arcade games on Friday night.
Ryan said the boys did well sleeping. Spencer crashed right away in his own bed. Easton and Ryan shared a bed and Ryan said he woke up at 11:00 pm to Easton dancing on the bed to a cartoon on TV. For those of you who have heard the stories of me when I was younger does this sound familiar? Everyone was awake by 7:30 am.
They had a quick breakfast at the hotel before heading to Lambeau. From the pictures it looks like the boys had a great time. They each got to pick out a toy from the pro shop. In case we might run out Easton picked another Packer football. Spencer picked a Packer pillow pet (He now has a Badger, Twins, Dinosaur and Packer pillow pet. I think he's good to go for sleeping!)

Spencer wanted his face painted on his forhead because Ryan was wearing a Packer hat and now they both had the Packer "G" on their foreheads!

Uncle JB is a Senior this year and had his last Hockey game on Saturday. We brought all the boys with but after their busy day in Green Bay I think the last thing they wanted to do was sit still to watch a game. When the game was over I told Spencer that was JB's last game and that he wouldn't be playing anymore. I thought he was going to break down and start crying. He's had so much fun going to the games over the last 4 years..

Spencer can be pretty creative with his magna tiles. It's fun to watch all that he comes up with. Here he made a castle and a garage for all of his cars for Ryan.
What would a week be without a visit to the doctor. Spencer went in for his fever and sore throat. Nothing really wrong with him though, just another virus. Nolan has a double ear infection. He started to stop eating earlier in the week but never ran a fever.
Despite being sick he is still a happy baby!
