I've enjoyed meeting with all of the boys teacher's over these last few weeks. It gives me a chance to actually talk to them about the boys. Honestly, when I'm trying to pick up all three at the end of the day I'm only half listening to how their day was.
Mr. Nolan
* Sits without support.
* Drags objects towards himself.
* Crawls
* Jabbers and combines syllables.
* Passes objects from hand to hand.
* Stands while holding onto something.
* Eats with fingers.
* Bangs objects together.
Here are the areas he needs to work on:
* He doesn't experince stranger anxiety. I'm not sure I ever want him to learn this. He loves people and is very easy going. I've only seen him cry once when someone else held him and it wasn't even a stranger but a teacher he's used to.
* Start saying mama and dada.
* Nolan takes after Spencer and is easily distracted so he doesn't understand object permanence yet.
* He's not cruising along furniture yet.
* Working on waving goodbye.
* They are going to start working on more signs with him.
Here are the things his teachers said about him: Nolan always has a smile on! He is very mobile with a mix of rolling and crawling and rarely sits still. Nolan loves to participate in activies like art and peek-a-boo but will play independently for periods of time. He is very vocal and you know by his squeaks and ahhs what he wants. Nolan is so much fun and watching him become mobile is the highlight of our day. I think it's safe to say Nolan is well loved by his teachers.
Onto the rest of our week:
Spencer had a great idea to bring the rubermaid tote outside.
They started out like this and I was ok with that.
Then he got the bright idea to go head first.
This would be when I put a stop to things.
We LOVE the view from our backyard!
You can see two things in this picture. His first injury. He caught the corner of the table right above his eye. You can also see the start of this 1st tooth.

We had a playdate at the park. Nolan started out napping.
Then joined in on the fun!
Easton took it upon himself to find his potty chair, use it and empty it. He did this 3 times in 1 day. I think its time I give in and start working on the potty training. I know diapers are expensive but honestly they are easier.

He was supposed to be having quiet time in our room. Instead he got into my makeup. He proudly came downstairs to show me how he mixed colors. After taking his picture and getting a good laugh I told him we should wash his face before Ryan saw it. He asked me, "Why will daddy tell Aaron Rodgers?" I said "Do you want Aaron Rodgers to know you are wearing makeup?" He replied "No!"
We get outside as much as we can because life is always better outside. Only Nolan won't just sit and play with toys anymore!
It rained on Saturday so we kept the boys busy with the kids health day at the Y.
Easton and Spencer helped me make our very own play-doh.
Our picky eater likes salad.
On Sunday the boys and I made street paint. They love helping me with any kind of projects. Easton will sit and yell "Easton's Turn!" If he feels like he is getting left out.
They each had their own colors so there would be no fighting.

The boys and I have been going on bike rides. Spencer's learning to ride his bike further.
Easton and Nolan get to hang out for the ride.
This is the reason I need to lower Nolan's mattress ASAP. This is how I find him everytime I go in when he wakes up.
