Never A Dull Moment!

When you have two kids 2 and uner there is never a dull moment, the boys keep us very busy. Spencer keeps us busy with his talking and always needing or wanting something. If he can't get your attention the first time don't worry he will try and try again until you acknoledge him. Gone are the days if he tells you to look or watch you can say ok I'm watching (without looking) he knows if your watching or not!

Easton keeps us busy and entertained with his smiles and giggles. He's been talking a lot more and can get quite loud in his story telling. Nobody can make Easton laugh like Spencer does. It's so much fun to watch Spencer make Easton laugh, it's like you can already see the bond between them. Spencer will also cry that Easton needs to kiss his boo boos and it's Easton that he wants when he's in trouble and in a time out! Easton also LOVES veggies and puffs. However he's not a fan of fruits unless it's a cut up banana.

We stayed busy on our days off this week. Thursday we joined Jill, Maddie and Gavin at the Giggle Factory. The weather has been cold and rainy so the Giggle Factory is a great place for Spencer to burn off some energy. It also allowed me some snuggle time with Easton.

On Friday I had appointments in EC. Grandma brought the boys to the mall to play on the toys with Finley. Even Easton got to play on the toys. Afterwards we all went out to eat at Panera and let's just say it was one crazy lunch! Here's how things kind went: Spencer was whinning because he wanted to sit in a high chair like Easton, Easton was crying because he was hungry. The table was full so Auntie had to keep her tray on her lap, Finley just about fell backwards on his chair so Heather went to grab hime while Grandma reached for her tray. Easton leaned foward and hit his lip on the table and now he's crying and Spencer fell off his chair twice and now he's crying, Finley was whinning because he wanted the cup that Spencer had. My mom, sister and I are all just trying to eat our food as fast as we can so we can just get out of there! The boys can be good when we go out to eat but I guess we were just getting to close to nap time!

Friday evening we attempted going out to dinner as a family. Things went WAY better! There happened to be two games right by our table so Finley and Spencer kept busy pretending to play on them while we waited for our food. Both boys actually sat and ate well. I feel that as crazy as things get you can't avoid going out to eat because they need to learn how to act in a resturant.

On Saturday Easton and I went to the Mall of America. I just wanted to go in a few stores and look around for our upcoming family pictures. What I didn't know was there was a big scrap booking convention going on so the mall was beyond full. Easton was on his best behavior. He just sat in his stroller watching everyone and then took a long nap. Everyone thought he was so cute. I couldn't agree more! He makes the cutest dinosaur ever!

Spencer got to hang out at home with dad and Uncle JB. Spencer told me they played hockey, golf and football.

We were all worn out from the busy day so it was a popcorn and movie night at our house. Easton fell asleep before the movie even started.

Well, I was wrong last week in my guess that Easton's teeth would be through but their not. I really wish they would just pop through. It's affecting the way he sleeps and eats. Maybe by next week they will be through, we'll see!
