Fall is officially here! The temps are cold in the morning but tends to warm up mid afternoon. This presents a challenge getting our kids dressed. The boys are refusing to wear pants and most of Spencer's pants are too short. Typically I surrender to them and allow them to pick out their own clothes. This results in some interesting outfits. I did get Spencer to agree that on Monday's he will wear something other then play shorts.
This is Easton's preschool class
Ryan traveled to Canada this week for work. He currently oversees the Canada stores and will be making a few more trips to check things out. A lot of the Canada Targets are attached to malls.
Don't feel bad for him too much that he had to travel…it looks as though he's having some fun also.
Like past traditions his team decorated his desk while he was gone. Yes, those are cheese balls. Odd
The day he got back it was Target's National Meeting. Typically when I had work meetings it was with our managers. Target brought in: Cold Play, Taylor Swift, Nate Burkis and Jamie Foxx!
While Ryan was gone we enjoyed out time together. It was E.P. Rock night at Wendy's so we went through the drive thru. I introduced the boys to dipping french fries into their frosty!
I texted Ryan a picture to show him that he boys were finally asleep. Flying solo during bedtime tends to be tough. They come in and out 1,000 times. They all want me in their rooms the longest or at the same time. So I'm always happy when they are all finally asleep.
I love that in the morning Easton still wants to cuddle with me. It takes him a good hour some days to wake up (he's not at all a morning person). So he comes down looking for milk and wants to crawl up on my lap.
My kids love these little toys but I find them to be such a pain as they are all over the house. I've heard that girls are bad when it comes to having multiple boxes for little trinkets and toys but Easton is just as bad. He's got cups, baskets and other containers in his room with random little toys in them.
Are you surprised that these two talked Grandma into basketball shoes also?!
I love decorating for fall!
We met some friends at the zoo for a playdate. While I wasn't looking Nolan threw a penny into the fish tank and they had to call for help to get it out before it killed a fish. Then Easton started throwing his crackers into the tiger area. Seriously I can never take my eye off them for a minute!
They watched as this monkey kept putting a t-shirt on and taking it off.
Nolan loved watching the polar bear.
These 5 little boys had fun spending the day together while their older brothers were at school.

Finally we finished off the events with the adults racing on the kid's trick razor scooter.
After we all got the kids successfully asleep early the parents met back outside for a bonfire.
This weekend the boys started Sunday school. They've never gone before so this starts a new chapter. It's at the same church that the boys go to preschool at so they are familiar with the surroundings. When I dropped Nolan off in the class room he told me he was a little bit scared. I kissed him goodbye and told him he would be fine and that Easton was in the same room. Afterwards all 3 said they had a lot of fun.

After church I told the boys they could go for a run with me. I'm surprised at how far they were able to make it. Hopefully we can do this a few more times before it gets to cold.
